Dante Laudisa

For over 35 years, Dante has been working in the field of Information Technology with a strong focus on both Operational Processes and Organizational Models within the Financial Services and Industry sectors. Passion for innovation together with enthusiasm and continuous search for new challenges best mark its personal and professional path. Currently he is Senior Executive Advisor of a major global technology group for digital transformation, where he held for over 12 years the roles of Vice President Sales and Director of Marketing & Communication.

Deputy General Manager and coordinator of the Information Technology and Processes Department of the Centro Studi Grande Milano, association with the aim of spreading the values ​​of the metropolitan city of Milan, through a network of companies and professionals.

Former Member of the Board of Directors and of the Scientific Committee at CRESCI – Research Center for Enterprise Development and Competitiveness. National Advisor and Member of the Board of Directors of ASSINTEL, the main national association of ICT and Digital companies of Confcommercio – Imprese per l’Italia.

Co-author of the national industrial patent: “System for the management and control of the life cycle and risk assessment of production plants”. Frequent attendant at conferences and conventions, also as a speaker and chairman. Author of numerous articles in the field of reference.


Livio La Mattina

Livio has been working for several Italian universities in the Marketing and Innovation field since 2009.

He has launched various entrepreneurial projects,  always combining the two subjects he loves the most: sustainability and education. He is also active  in the startup community working as a mentor with a special focus on marketing and business administration .

Moreover, Livio collaborates with several  startup competitions, universities, business schools, and institutions on the topics of marketing and innovation.


Andrea Arrigo Panato

Andrea Arrigo is an accountant and statutory Auditor. During his career, he has gained particular experience in ordinary and extraordinary business management, dealing in particular with company valuations and extraordinary finance and corporate restructuring operations.

He has supported and supports, both on the startup side and on the investor side, various realities of the Italian world of innovation. As an investor, he has followed some important exits of the Italian market.

Andrea Arrigo is also a professor at the Riaf Master of Ca ‘Foscari Challenge School and the SAF Scuola di Alta Formazione, a post-graduate course born from the collaboration between Bocconi University and the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan.

He is the author of “Restartup, business choices that can no longer be postponed” published by EGEA, the Bocconi University publishing house.  He also writes for the Econopoly, a blog founded by Il Sole 24 Ore that focuses on economics.


Mariarita Costanza 

Mariarita has a degree in electronic engineering at the Polytechnic of Bari. She is the mother of two children and has been the co-founder and CTO of Macnil until July 2020, a company set in Gravina (Apulia). She founded Macnil together with her husband in 2000, with the ambitious goal of creating a technological pole in Southern Italy.

For some time now, Mariarita has been carrying out continuous collaboration activities with the Polytechnic of Bari and other Universities and with public and private Research Centers.

She has been involved for several years in initiatives related to the world of Startups, as a business expert, investor, mentor of the Endeavor circuit and Ambassador of Accelerate Italy, an initiative of the US 42N accelerator.

She was invited and participated as a speaker in various TEDx and holds important institutional roles such as President of the Association Alumni of the Polytechnic of Bari and advisor on the Board of Directors of the branch Bank of Italy from Bari. After 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in Macnil with surprising results, she decides to take a new leap in her career by raising the bar and focusing on the growth of its territory, Apulia, a region with great potential and many young talents. Thus, together with a friend of hers, she founded a startup female oriented, focusing on the world of tourism called Everywhere TEW (Travel Experience Work).

After the  Covid 19 pandemic, which has been an year full of significant  changes, she chose to explore new and innovative sectors, embracing the ambitious challenge of  creating an ecosystem in Southern Italy that can provide exchanges all around the world: #murgiavalley.


Maurizio Del Conte  

Maurizio Del Conte is  a lawyer and full professor in Employment and Labor Law at Bocconi University in Milan. He has been International visiting Professor at the University of Richmond, School of Law (Richmond, Virginia) and at the University of Kobe (Japan) and is a member of the International Advisory Board of the Labor & Worklife Program at Harvard University Law School and has lectured at numerous international universities. 
He deals with regulation of the labor market and has participated in the writing of Italian labor reforms such as the Jobs Act, the  statute of self-employment and the law on agile work.

He was legal advisor to the Prime Minister between 2014 and 2016, President of ANPAL – National Agency for Active Labor Policies, Sole Director of Italia Lavoro and Anpal Servizi S.p.A.

In 2017, during the Italian Presidency, he chaired the G7 table of agencies for Active Labor Market Policies. He is currently President of the AFOL Met Agency of the metropolitan city of Milan. 


Carolina Gianardi 

Carolina Gianardi has a degree in Business Administration and a Master in Corporate Finance at Bocconi University (Milan). She worked in Italy and abroad in GE Capital as Head of Financial Planning and CFO, Sales and Marketing Director and Head of Consumer Finance Division. Afterwards she joined Poste Italiane as Head of Retail in Bancoposta, then Head of Presale of the Sme and Corporate Sale Networkk and finally, reporting to CEO, Head of Customer and Innovation Hub. Currently VP/GM Global Commercial Sevices and Board Member of American Express Italia.

Player of the innovation ecosystem as angel investor and board member of IAG (Italian Angels for Growth), member of the investment committee of Lumen Venture and independent board member of Space Capital Club Spa.

Volunteer on diversity and inclusion initiatives, founder and past president of PWN Rome, not for profit organization supporting women professional development, and cofounder of #InclusioneDonna.


Ester Liquori 

Ester has been operating in the technology and communication sector for over 15 years. For more than 7 years she has been the CEO and founder of You Are My Guide, the company that created GhostWriter AI. The GhostWriter AI the customer conversation analysis system that provides companies with information on how to best interact with their customers.

Her areas of expertise include Artificial Intelligence, under the aspects of business and the benefits that technology can bring, digital marketing and entrepreneurship.
She is the author of the book Marketing (Artificialmente) Intelligente, published by Dario Flaccovio, which discusses how Artificial Intelligence improves marketing and sales activities.

She is a speaker on numerous national and international occasions: TEDx Legnano, Web Marketing Festival, BrightTalk. She offers her contribution on the topics of innovation, Artificial Intelligence and entrepreneurship.

She is part of the She Tech community for the enhancement of female entrepreneurship. She facilitator #IamRemarkable, a Google initiative in favor of promoting one’s skills and inclusion.
She is Next Generation Internet (NGI) ambassador and Techstars Mentor.

In 2018 Ester was named among the top 15 most influential women in digital according to the classification of Digitalic Magazine.
